AI transparency

AI in the workflow. A human on every final output.

Procurement asks language vendors a direct question: how do you use AI, and who checks it? We use AI to assist the work. A person reviews and signs off before anything reaches you, and the policy bends to your compliance requirements.

ISO 9001:2015, 27001:2022, and 17100:2015 certified. Human review is built in, not bolted on.

Our principle

A person is always in the loop on final output.

AI can draft, sort, and speed up the early stages. It does not decide what ships. A qualified reviewer owns the final call on accuracy, meaning, tone, and cultural fit, the same second-review principle ISO 17100 requires, whether or not AI touched the file.

Client-configurable AI policy

You set the policy. We deliver to it.

A regulated client and an AI lab building training data have different rules. The policy is yours to set, project by project.

If AI is prohibited → fully human

When your contract, regulator, or internal policy does not permit machine translation or generative AI in the production chain, we deliver a fully human workflow, enforced through resourcing and process, and stated in writing.

If AI is permitted → AI-assisted, then human-reviewed

When you allow it, AI assists the early and repetitive stages. Every AI-assisted output is then reviewed by a qualified person before it reaches you: the speed of assisted work without giving up human judgment.

Assistance vs judgment

A clear line between what AI does and what people decide.

Where AI assists

  • Drafting first-pass output for a human to review
  • Pre-processing: formatting, segmentation, file preparation
  • Generating candidate options a reviewer accepts, edits, or rejects
  • Speeding up repetitive, high-volume steps
  • Flagging items that may need a closer human look

Where people own the decision

  • Reviewing every AI-assisted output before delivery
  • Accepting, correcting, or rejecting what the AI produced
  • Final sign-off on accuracy, meaning, terminology, and tone
  • Cultural and contextual judgment for the audience
  • The decision on what actually ships to you

AI data handling

Using AI does not change how your data is protected.

The same controls that govern any MoniSa project apply to AI-assisted work.

Access is scoped and revoked

Role-based access provisioned per project. People see only the tasks or batches they are working on, and access is removed when the engagement closes.

Confidentiality is contractual

Everyone who touches your work signs a binding non-disclosure agreement before they receive any access.

No unauthorized reuse

Your content is used to deliver your project. It is not repurposed for unrelated work.

Controlled environments for sensitive material

For high-sensitivity projects, we run controlled-access environments that limit copying and local retention of client data.

Why it matters for procurement

Built for the questions your reviewers will ask.

A documented, auditable position

You get a clear, written record of how AI is used and where human review sits, the answer an approved-supplier review or a security questionnaire asks for.

We adapt to your framework

As AI rules tighten across regions and industries, our policy is built to map to your requirements rather than impose ours. We align to the standard you are held to.

Human accountability stays intact

A qualified person reviews and signs off on final output. For regulated, safety-sensitive, or brand-sensitive work, that human checkpoint is the control your auditors want to see.
