We hold membership in five industry associations across the UK, Europe, India, and globally. Membership is an affiliation, not an audit — the certifications above are the assessed ones. What it means in practice is that we operate under each body’s code of professional conduct, and buyers have a route of recourse outside our own complaints process.

How do you protect my data?
Our security practices follow ISO 27001:2022 and are applied per project. Here is how that works in practice.
Role-based access
Access is provisioned per project and scoped to the task. Reviewers see only their assigned batches, and access is removed when the engagement closes.
Binding confidentiality
Every contributor signs a binding non-disclosure agreement before receiving any project access. The obligation covers everyone who touches the work.
Controlled environments
For high-sensitivity work, we run controlled-access environments that limit copying and local retention of client data.
Defined incident response
Suspected issues follow a defined internal escalation and client-notification process, with root-cause analysis and remediation.
Conflict-of-interest controls
For restricted programs, contributors on an exclusive assignment are blocked from conflicting work.
No standing access
Access follows the project: granted at assignment, scoped throughout, removed at close. No standing access to client data outside an active engagement.
Your work stays yours
Deliverables are produced for the client, under confidentiality and assignment terms set before any work begins. Where required, we deliver white-label under the client-facing brand, with no attribution.
Quality you can audit
Every deliverable passes independent review before it reaches you, aligned with ISO 9001:2015 - and, for translation work specifically, ISO 17100:2015.
Independent review passes
Work moves through separate review stages, each handled by a different person. No deliverable is signed off by its own author alone.
Reviewer alignment
For data and evaluation work, reviewers align on a shared sample before production starts, so standards stay consistent across a team and across batches.
Defined acceptance criteria
Quality is measured against criteria agreed up front and the ISO 17100 review standard, not judged after the fact.
Correction loop
Issues found in review are logged, corrected, and fed back before delivery. A final gate verifies the deliverable against the agreed scope.
