Independently certified
Three standards govern how we run quality, secure information, and deliver language work. Each is audited by an accredited third party.
Quality management. Governs service delivery, project management, and continuous improvement across every engagement.
Information security. Governs how we handle data, control access, respond to incidents, and protect client information.
Translation services. Governs translator competence, defined process standards, and the second-review principle for linguistic output.
Information security
Our security practices follow ISO 27001:2022 and are applied per project. Here is how that works in practice.
Access is provisioned per project and scoped to the task. Reviewers see only their assigned batches, and access is removed when the engagement closes.
Every contributor signs a binding non-disclosure agreement before receiving any project access. The obligation covers everyone who touches the work.
For high-sensitivity work, we run controlled-access environments that limit copying and local retention of client data.
Suspected issues follow a defined internal escalation and client-notification process, with root-cause analysis and remediation.
For restricted programs, contributors on an exclusive assignment are blocked from conflicting work.
Access follows the project: granted at assignment, scoped throughout, removed at close. No standing access to client data outside an active engagement.
Confidentiality and IP
Deliverables are produced for the client, under confidentiality and assignment terms set before any work begins. Where required, we deliver white-label under the client-facing brand, with no attribution.
Quality assurance
Every deliverable passes independent review before it reaches you, aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015.
Work moves through separate review stages, each handled by a different person. No deliverable is signed off by its own author alone.
For data and evaluation work, reviewers align on a shared sample before production starts, so standards stay consistent across a team and across batches.
Quality is measured against criteria agreed up front and the ISO 17100 review standard, not judged after the fact.
Issues found in review are logged, corrected, and fed back before delivery. A final gate verifies the deliverable against the agreed scope.
Compliance
We work with the compliance requirements of regulated buyers and adapt handling to the project.
Our data handling follows ISO 27001:2022 controls and is structured to support clients with data-protection obligations.
If AI or machine translation is prohibited, we deliver fully human workflows. If permitted, AI-assisted output is reviewed by a person before delivery. A human is always in the loop on final output.
We deliver across regulated domains, including medical and life sciences, legal, finance, and government, with domain-qualified reviewers and handling matched to the work.
We provide the certification and security documentation enterprise teams need for approved-supplier and vendor-qualification review.
