Translators and revisers
Source-to-target work in your native language, with a second qualified linguist reviewing before delivery. Domain depth matters more to us than volume: legal, medical, financial, technical, and game content are all steady.
Careers
MoniSa builds and runs multilingual programmes for AI, media, healthcare, legal, and finance clients. The people who do that work are translators, interpreters, reviewers, voice talent, and data annotators, and we are recruiting in all five.
Operating from Udaipur since 2015, across 300+ languages and 4,500+ dialects. Every output is reviewed by a person before it ships.
Proof scale
300+ languages 1,000+ brands served since 2015 across AI data, translation, localization, media, and interpretation.Who we are
MoniSa Enterprise has run translation, localization, multimedia, interpretation, and AI data programmes from Udaipur since 2015 — 11 years of delivery. A 26-member full-time team scopes and manages the work; a network of 110,000+ verified language specialists delivers it, across 300+ languages and 4,500+ dialects. If you translate, interpret, review, record, or annotate, that network is what you would be joining.
Open roles
We recruit against live and forecast demand rather than posting fixed vacancies, so there is no closing date on any of these.

Remote and on-site assignments — simultaneous, consecutive, over-the-phone, and video remote. Community, medical, legal, and conference settings. Rare and indigenous languages are where demand most often outstrips supply.
Labelling, transcription, segmentation, prompt and response evaluation, and human review of model output. This is the fastest-growing part of the business and the one most open to careful people who are new to it.
Voiceover, dubbing, subtitling, and SDH. Home-studio recording is normal; we will tell you the specification before you commit to anything.
Salaried roles based in Udaipur and Chandigarh, running language programmes end to end: scoping, resourcing, quality, and client communication.
Where demand is hardest to meet
MoniSa covers 110+ rare and indigenous language pairs, and these are the ones where a qualified applicant is hardest to find. If your language is on this list, we want to hear from you whether or not we have an open batch this week.
What the work is actually like
Most language work is freelance and assignment-based. Rates are agreed per project against the language, domain, turnaround, and review depth before you accept anything. We do not ask anyone to start work on an unstated rate.
A project manager owns your assignments and answers you directly. The same team carries terminology and client context between batches, which is why we would rather keep a linguist for years than run an open call every month.
A second qualified linguist checks work before it ships — the second-review principle ISO 17100:2015 sets for translation, applied as standard. Feedback goes back to you rather than quietly into a file.
Everyone who touches client work signs a binding non-disclosure agreement first, under ISO 27001:2022-certified information security practices. Your own details are used to assess your application and nothing else.
The process
Your languages, your role, your availability, and a link to a CV or professional profile. Five minutes.
We look at whether your language pairs and domains match work we are actually running or expect to run. If they do not today, your details stay on file for when they do.
Paid or unpaid depending on length, and we say which before you start. It is a real sample of the work, marked by the reviewer who would sign off your output.
Non-disclosure agreement, rate agreement, tooling, and your first assignment from a named project manager.
Apply
One form, five minutes. We read every application and reply either way. If you would rather attach a CV than link one, email it to info@monisaenterprise.com with the same details.
Your details are used to assess this application. They are not sold, and they are not added to any marketing list.
Capability at a glance
Buyers rarely start with who we are. They start with a list of fields to fill. Here are ours, so the first email can be about the work instead.
Need this against your own template? Convert your scope between units and check the deadline, then send the brief with your language list, content type, volume and deadline, and the acceptance criteria you will judge the output against — those four decide feasibility, and the reply addresses them directly.
