The network behind the work

Your linguists come from a network we built and verified, not a marketplace we rented

MoniSa's specialist network is a proprietary, verified database of 110,000+ verified language specialists — linguists, annotators, and reviewers — across 300+ languages and 4,500+ dialects. We source, verify, and de-duplicate every record ourselves, so the person on your project is real, reachable, and qualified — including in the rare and indigenous languages few suppliers can staff at all.

Built and maintained by MoniSa under triple ISO controls.

How the network is built

Sourced, verified, de-duplicated — then matched to your work

Every specialist moves through one governed qualification path before project matching begins.

Source

Recruited from certified professional registries and specialist communities worldwide.

Verify

Credentials, language pairs, and domain experience are checked before anyone enters the pool.

De-duplicate

One real, unique, reachable record per specialist. No inflated headcounts.

Match

The right specialist for your language, domain, and timeline.

The coverage moat

This is why the rare languages are our default

Anyone can post a job on a marketplace and hope someone qualified answers. A verified, de-duplicated network is a different thing: it is how we cover 110+ rare and indigenous language pairs on demand, staff a 131-language LLM run, and hold quality when all of them ship at once. You can't rent that. We have been building it since 2015.

Governed, not just gathered

A network held to ISO standards, not a spreadsheet of contacts

The network runs under ISO 9001 for quality management, 27001 for information security, and 17100 for translator competence and resourcing. Your data and specialist data stay protected. Verification isn't a one-time step; it's the standard the whole network is maintained to.

Coverage before commitment

Tell us the language. We probably already have the person.

Give us the pair, the domain, and the volume. We'll match verified specialists from the network and show you the coverage before you commit.

Buyer questions

Answers in writing, before you ask for a call.

The questions buyers send before a scope conversation, answered on the page rather than in a meeting. Take them to your team, then send us the one we did not answer.

What is MoniSa's specialist network?

A proprietary, verified database of 110,000+ verified language specialists across 300+ languages, built and maintained by MoniSa.

Is this a freelancer marketplace?

No. MoniSa sources, verifies, and de-duplicates its own network; specialists are vetted before they enter the pool, not rated after the fact.

How are specialists verified?

Credentials, language pairs, and domain experience are checked, and records are de-duplicated so each one is a real, reachable person. The network is maintained under ISO 9001 / 27001 / 17100.

Which languages are covered?

300+ languages and 4,500+ dialects, including 110+ rare and indigenous pairs.

What happens if you cannot staff one of my language pairs?

You are told before a date is agreed, not after. Coverage is reported pair by pair as staffed today or needing a recruitment window, with the window stated — in writing, while the scope is still being agreed. Nobody new goes onto live work until a pilot batch has been reviewed and signed off. A coverage claim you cannot check before signing is not coverage.
