The path, start to finish

Six steps. Each ends before the next begins.

You always know where the work stands.

01 · Send a brief

Tell us the languages, the volume, the domain, and the deadline. Rough is fine. A short call or a one-page brief is enough to start.

02 · Scope and feasibility

We confirm we can source the languages you need, map the work to a timeline, and flag anything rare or high-risk up front. You get a clear scope before any commitment.

03 · Pilot batch

We run a small first batch and review it in full. This is where we lock terminology, match your style, and resolve edge cases before they reach the main run. You approve the pilot before production opens.

04 · Production in rolling batches

Work moves in recurring batches aligned to your cadence: daily, weekly, or per milestone. A named team carries your context, terminology, and decisions forward from one batch to the next.

05 · Review and acceptance

Every batch is checked against the standards set in the pilot, then delivered for your sign-off. Feedback on one batch feeds straight into the next, so quality tightens as the engagement runs.

06 · Scale or repeat

Volume goes up, languages get added, or the next project starts, on the same team and the same standards. No restart, no relearning.

What stays constant

The same standards on every engagement.

One point of contact

A dedicated project manager runs your engagement day to day: task flow, resourcing, quality, and communication. You talk to one person who knows your account, not a queue.

Defined acceptance criteria

We agree what good looks like before production starts, then measure every batch against it. Acceptance is never a guess.

Security applied per project

Data handling, access, and confidentiality are set to fit your project and your industry, backed by ISO 27001-certified practices.

A cadence you can plan around

You get regular updates on volume, progress, and any risks, on a rhythm set at kickoff. No chasing for status.

How delivery works

You see the work as it ships.

Rolling batches, not one big drop

Work ships in steady cycles, so you review and use it as it comes. You are never waiting on a single delivery at the end, and problems surface early while they are small.

Change handled inside scope

Volume shifts, new languages, a moved deadline: changes are scoped, agreed, and absorbed without derailing the run. You see the impact before it happens.

Sign-off on every batch

Each batch is accepted on its own. Nothing piles up unreviewed, and you keep a clean record of what was delivered and approved at every step.
